Head of Digital Copy
I spent over 9 years at NBN Co in a range of roles. I was initially hired as the Head of Copy in the Digital Team and charged with managing the development of copy and content for NBN’s website in conjunction with the UX/UI Team. As one of Australia’s most trafficked websites, this was a multi-faceted role in a fast-paced environment that required dealing with a range of stakeholders on a daily basis.
Managing and mentoring a team of writers, our key focus was to take technical jargon and develop colloquial, easy to read content that was to SEO and accessibility standards. I was also responsible for the development of creative solutions in collaboration with the internal marketing team and our roster of advertising agencies.
